TeamTeki Responsibilities¶

1. Check in Lens to ensure that all pods are running and in a healthy state.
2. Verify that there are no errors in the pod logs.
3. Confirm that all pods are communicating with each other correctly.

Example flow:

• Behave → Django → Frontend

4. If the MTSL Co.Meta application is not accessible through its domain, verify whether it is accessible using the server IP address.

MTSL Responsibilities¶

1. Whenever this issue occurs, it is expected to be related to the MTSL network infrastructure. The MTSL Network Team and the Akamai Team are responsible for investigating and resolving the issue.
2. The same issue previously occurred on 03 July 2026 starting at approximately 4:00 PM.
3. To resolve the previous issue, we contacted Rajaram.Kushwaha@motherson.com via email and requested assistance.
