Worked on N1, N2, and N3 in Frontend/src/LMS/Practice.tsx and Practice.css. Loaded CAT questions into cat_questions so Start can open a paper.

N1 — Start¶

• Start calls POST /attempts/start.
• The screen keeps the attempt id, the server questions, and the server timer.
• Attempt id is stored in sessionStorage (teamtalks_attempt_id).
• If the call fails, the screen shows "Could not start the test, please try again".
• Removed the local-question fallback. A chapter opens the Start card. The paper is the server attempt.

N2 — Autosave¶

• saveAnswers() calls PUT /attempts/{id}/answers about 800 ms after a change, every 15 seconds, and on Save & Next.
• The button waits for the save, then moves on.
• Near the timer: "Saving...", "Saved at …", or "Not saved — retrying".

N3 — Submit¶

• The last question opens Finish Assessment: answered, unanswered, and marked for review.
• Confirm calls POST /attempts/{id}/submit.
• The score on screen is the server score.
• At 0 the paper submits by itself.

CAT questions¶

• Loaded Questions/CAT_questions.csv into cat_questions (CatQuestion).
• 8483 questions, Class 11 and Class 12 (16966 rows): QA 5391, DILR 2860, VARC 232 per class.
