Admin add-question API, Ollama generate into banks, exam/subject catalog seeder.

Still to do

Real test entity, faculty question picker, scheduling/slots, section config, delivery modes. Admin Create Mock Test is a fake toast.

Source: AceZone_Assessment_Engine_Gantt_Chart.xlsx scored against the TeamTalks React + Spring Boot repo. Overall product is ~9% complete (~91% remaining). Phase 1 MVP is ~15% complete.

  • Admin Test authoring panel: create, pick questions, publish/unpublish
  • Publish triggers assessment-scheduled email when SMTP is configured

Richer delivery modes, slot capacity, faculty review/approval workflow.
